I have read with interest what you have written. I agree with the positive feedback you state, also with your comment that it is a pity a rationale for why it is created is missing. But for the rest, are you not too eager? This must, as you yourself state and approve of, be a bit vague as it is a basic first document. There are a lot of open issues in implementing the charter/global council, but I see this as a second step, and perhaps after (if) this is ratified, a special document needs to be created of the implementation of the global council. But if this was part of the charter, those details would overshadow the fundamentals. It is a huge endeavor to get this charter (and Global council) established, and I believe we all should support it Yger (talk) 07:27, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
