Conflict Resolution

The "none" conflict resolution guideline states "the group has no specific conflict resolution mechanisms. Most conflicts that arise are entirely at the hands of the individuals involved, and do not follow structured processes. Conflicts linger and fester for months or years, and keep inflicting more damage on the group or its members." The first part can be true (no mechanisms, dependent on individuals) without the second part being true (lingering conflicts). This makes it difficult to evaluate, as none of the options are accurate. Greenman (talk) 19:55, 23 July 2018 (UTC)
