I see plans, timelines but no updates. Last edit was by User:Bnewstead on 5 June, 2012! And then on 18 March 2013, the page has been added to the Category:India_Access_To_Knowledge. Hi, Ansumang. The India Catalyst Program was transitioned to a partnership grant with CIS. The current information is at India Access To Knowledge. I am in charge of the grant to CIS.
