Thank you for applying for a donated laptop. I'm afraid your request is ineligible at the moment, since you have not yet made enough contributions on the various Wikimedia wiki projects. While I am aware of and appreciate your help to the off-wiki efforts in your country, the program is aimed at people with a sustained contribution to the online projects, and we must prioritize those people when giving out the limited number of laptops we have to donate.
