angwiki

Forgive me if this is the incorrect location, but as far as I can tell, it's the right spot for it; We at the Anglo-Saxon Wikipedia (and the other Anglo-Saxon wikiprojects) had a small discussion about the representation of our language's name in interwiki links which appear on the side of an article/page. All languages have their own native name for their own speech, but we were assigned "Anglo-Saxon". I believe that I've read somewhere that this was done to prevent our native name Englisc from being mixed up with English, as they are spelled nearly the same, but we theorize that using the perfectly-acceptable alternative spelling of Ænglisc will resolve this. Alphabetically, Æ should be treated the same as A. The existing ang prefix is perfectly fine however. Can this be done? Wōdenhelm 07:34, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

I'm afraid that it is the wrong place. You should request this type of thing on Bugzilla, and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help you. Cbrown1023 talk 19:50, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
Alright, thanks for the reply. I'll go there. Wōdenhelm 20:18, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

c2

The URL prefix for c2 is broken -- should be without trailing slash, i.e. http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?$1 --Puzzlet Chung 05:00, 27 May 2010 (UTC)

OEIS

Please update the OEIS current map http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/$1 with http://oeis.org/$1 as the OEIS IP has been moved to OEIS Foundation (see [2] and around). 129.252.11.40 16:28, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Yes, this should be updated. CRGreathouse 03:35, 14 June 2010 (UTC)

Meatball

meatball:TheSeptemberThatNeverEnded currently goes to http://www.usemod.com/cgi-bin/mb.pl?TheSeptemberThatNeverEnded but now Meatball Wiki has its own domain, and the new preferred URL is http://meatballwiki.org/wiki/TheSeptemberThatNeverEnded --Damian Yerrick 23:04, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

sulutil

Special:CentralAuth/Liangent can display as much info as the toolserver tool, so there's no need to use the toolserver tool anymore. Point this interwiki to http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/$1 or something (the local page on each wiki?) to avoid breaking backward compatibility. Liangent 05:14, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

  • Oppose - despite that, the tool is still useful (and much more easy to understand for all the users, I think). I'm in favour of leaving this interwikilink as it is now. — Dferg 16:30, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

I made a typo and it's fixed now. Liangent 10:35, 27 June 2010 (UTC)

RheinNeckar

Currently the Interwiki prefix RheinNeckar points to http://wiki.rhein-neckar.de/index.php/$1. I recently moved this wiki to our new (and own) Domain rhein-neckar-wiki.de. I provided a proper redirect on the old URL. Please change RheinNeckar to http://rhein-neckar-wiki.de/$1. Thanks --Rabe 21:40, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
