I have no idea what I am doing[edit]

This page reflects notes that I have taken following discussion with lots of people. Most of the credit for these ideas should go to the Wikimedia New York City chapter, but lots of ideas came from either people at other Wikimedia chapters or other individuals who raised the issues somehow.
