Purpose of page

What is the purpose of this page? There is already a lot of information available about each project IMHO. Even a table including short summaries appears on the Meta main page. PiRSquared17 (talk) 04:54, 13 February 2014 (UTC)

Hi PiRSquared17! Thanks so much for adding your thoughts so quickly. In fact, there is so much information that we might go off track. The purpose of this page is a discussion. Sure, we can look around and research (and we are) but that doesn't mean we will find the most current information or even that everyone will agree. It also doesn't help us get to know the people who care about various projects. If what you've added is enough that's great, but if it's not then we'd love to know the differences in opinion. :) heather walls (talk) 00:14, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
