Meaning of statistics[edit]
On the main briefing page, that links to this page for the education section, some statistics are mentioned with regards to change from 2000. However, it is not immediately clear to me whether these compare 2000 with 2014 or 2030 (real numbers or hopeful projections). The displayed slide also refers to E9, without it being clear what that means (I found it elsewhere). I suspect the numbers are about current day estimates?
