What about WikiHow? --Nemo 13:55, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
- As far as I know, WikiHow is only a place for how-to's. I proposed something different than a how-to place. Rnddim 04:43, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
How is this proposed project different from Wikibooks and Wikiversity? --darklama 15:07, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
- Much in the same way Wikipedia is different from Wikibooks and Wikiversity. Wikibooks/-versity are for more structured, categorized materials, while Wikipedia has in-depth information. Apart from categories (and portals), there isn't much categorizatioin in Wikipedia. Wikiguide is meant to be simpler and ever so slightly more lenient than Wikipedia. Wikiguide is meant to be almost a compainion to Wikipedia. However, this project (I believe) is too big to be a simple portal of Wikipedia (a portal that copies every article to make them simpler and add ones Wikipedia normally doesn't allow is very risky and useless).
