What do you exactly put in

  • press
  • edit-a-thon
  • photo hunt

I would need that to put categories in front.... I take it you did a bundle, which may include... rent, food, internet, etc. I would need that separated by categories.

Possible categories do include

  • Communication - Marketing (advertisement, flyers, tee-shirts etc.)
  • Marketing Campaign
  • Stationary apart from marketing
  • Internet and phone expenses
  • Events (food, drinks, rent, air-conditioning, projector)
  • Travel (train, bus, car, fuel)
  • Salaries and stipends
  • Gifts (books, amazon vouchers, prints etc.)
  • Gifts in cash

To be very specific, I read

  • Stipends, hiring (phones, cameras, memory sticks, e.t.c) contacting professional photographers : those looks like they belong to two different categories. Salaries and stipends and "Events" (where we could categorise hiring material). Can you make two lines to clearly separate "renting material" and "stipends" ?
  • Venue, rent, refreshments, snacks, projector, Printing/stationery, e.t.c, could you separate the budget line about "venue, rent, food" from the budget about "printing and stationary".
