Levels of support
[edit]I think it would be important for us to discuss upon how the NSO and NSCB can help in making their information accessible on Wikipedia. After all, any government transaction can be viewed from a "What's in it for us?" stance, and we will need to factor that in as well. Likewise, we also need to explore what we can possibly get from an NSO-NSCB deal: what does the project require and how can the NSO and NSCB help us reach that goal. Perhaps we will need to elaborate on those things before moving forward, since I notice that the information which can be helpful in us even beginning a draft project proposal is noticeably empty from the discourse. --Sky Harbor (talk) 10:08, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
