Question around food[edit]
I recommend taking out the "Hong Kong is an international gourmet paradise. Please use less than 200 words to describe your favourite dish of food." This was original designed as an attempt to understand the english aptitude of the applicants, but I think this can come through in the different sections of the proposal, which will also be written in English.
