Talk:Wikimania 2016 bids/Esino Lario/Team

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

I think need to structure differently the team to make sure also other kind of logistics are managed properly. --iopensa (talk) 18:08, 18 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I reviewed the hints related to the working team(s). It is excellent the documentation created through time but sometimes it is not very clear what is the role of the coordinator, if he/she is supposed to put together a working team, which are the individual and group specific task, what is the output requested and which and where are the existing tools they can use. Also the coherence between bid, implementation, teams, tasks and budget is not completely developed. There are hints but not jet a structure to fill in. I presume it is useful to identify people and what they will assure in the bid. At the same time it is more likely to involve more people since the beginning if the structure of the team is already organized in small groups of people. In our specific case we also need to make sure the team is both Wikimedia and Esino Lario. We need people from both and in between.--iopensa (talk) 08:52, 21 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
