Who is Esther Baraga and George Wandera? Are they Wikimedia allies or contributors? Who can vouch for them? Because, AFAIK, I have never heard of these two people and, thus, would be inclined to *oppose* funding to two individuals who have no track record of undertaking mission-aligned activities. --Abbasjnr (talk) 11:16, 29 May 2022 (UTC)
