unspent fund

Our scholarship fund hadn't reached us prior to Wikimania. Due to financial shortage, we hadn't encouraged more participants from remote cities specially chennai. Now we received the fund. As per our expenses we found that unspent amount around 20000INR is available now. On considering the scenario, we would love to organize short wikimania meetup in chennai around second week of september with this fund. If Foundation approves it, we would like to organize it. @JLetang (WMF): This is just to inform you that our meetup has been planned on september 17 2022 at chennai and Venue sponsored by AU-KBC research centre at Anna University.
