I wanted to followup on your grant application.

I will like to know how many watch parties and a breakdown of the expenses for each of the watch parties.

Watch Parties and their Break down!

We shall be having four(4) watch parties, 1st one,

Do you not think it is best to have one event that brings everyone together? Than having four events that can be combined into one?

thats very true and right, we can also just have one event, i was scpetical of the size of the hu(space) that we had chosen to do the event from but we can just chose a bigger space that can take the summed up cost for the other space and have everyone in it!

And as well, the imagined idea was as there may be contributors from different descent of professions we could as well just have then differently and introduce them to wikimedia from the angle of their profession, that we thought we could impact more! but i have realised that can all just be done as well in one single room and with a proper presentation to it!

I will recommend that you do one event that aligns with the aim of Wikimania. You can bring all of those different people together to one event rather than having four different events within a specific timeframe.
