Hi! Per request on the gender gap mailing list, I did some minor edits for readability of English. I left most of the flow and the words exactly the same, but made a few changes to improve the readability of English. Thank you. Much better now. The only remark I have is the change from "formally" to "initially", which changes the meaning slightly. Do you have an idea on how to keep the original meaning while making it sound better? If you don't that's fine, but I thought I'd ask. Oh, my mistake! I misread your work choice of "formally" as "FORMER-ly," aka initially. I returned the word to formally. Nothing wrong with that. :) Geb0541 (talk) 22:07, 6 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
