Proposal from the Programme Committee[edit]

Dear Mr. Heikki Kastemaa / User:Kulttuurinavigaattori, the programme committee reviewed your submission for talk in the panel "Legal issues and Freedom of panorama". Due to another, very closely titled and related, submission, namely "FoP Legislation in Europe: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" from Dimitar Dimitrov / User:Dimi_z, and due to the limited time of 1 hour (in which one more important talk is expected, though unofficially for now), we would like to propose to both of you to consolidate your two talks, and decide how to share the time and do not overlap your talks.

This said, the Programme Committee, however, acknowledges, that Dimitar is a very well known member of the CEE and global wikimedian community, and known for his capacity as a strong lecturer from previous wikimedian conferences, for which reason he will be given the leading role in this panel. Hi. After reading Dimitars submission, I think he is better aquainted with the legal side of this subject than me. So I'll contact him and propose to leave the floor to him. I prepare myself to comment his talk perhaps more on the situation in EU countries and some experience from last summers campaign here in Finland.--Kulttuurinavigaattori (talk) 08:36, 5 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
