Application for the project

Hi. My name is Stéphane Thibault and I'm from Montreal, Qc., Canada. My native language is french, I am fully bilingual and most interested about a French/English Wikimedia Canada chapter. I'm a Ph.D. student in religious studies at Université du Québec à Montréal (or UQÀM university).

Bug in the project restructuration

I'm attempting to reorganize the project page in a frame format and for some reason, everything seems to work fine in my sandbox but fails to show up properly when I edit the main page.
