Announcement for start of voting period[edit]

@AbhiSuryawanshi, Carlojoseph14, HakanIST, KTC, Mardetanha, Masssly, Matanya, and Ruslik0:, why hasn't an announcement gone out about the start of the voting period to community Village Pumps and central noticeboards? Such notices are crucial to voter participation and help ensure that the community's voice is heard in selecting the Board.
