Formalizing an existing process[edit]
Wikimedia New York City has authorized press agents in different ways since its establishment as an organization.
As the profile of the Wikimedia community has raised, demands for more process in organizational infrastructure have also increased. This codification makes existing practices more standard. Blue Rasberry (talk) 13:45, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
