Notes on 2019

Hey, Matej! The page is more a protocol or chronicle than discussion. If you want, freely add / modify the information on the page and / or discuss it here on the talk page - but please do not mix them. I do not want to edit your "discussion contribution" so I am moving it here from the page.

* Allow me to complete the story. As linked, the board announced the AGM through the mailing list, through Wikipedia itself and through our Facebook group. An announcement through the website was missing after the [[User:KuboF_Hromoslav|previous chair]] left his position and the then-board did not have access to the website. Also, the board was in a bit of a "damned if you don't, damned if you do" situation since the Bylaws also state that an AGM should be held within three months of the start of the year. On 9 March, the AGM was [http://wikimedia.sk/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/WMSK-VZ-20190309-ZAP.pdf declared closed]; no decisions that would require an AGM were made. It became a "working meeting". In April, another AGM [http://wikimedia.sk/2019/valne-2019/ was called] for 4 May 2019. In fact, bylaw requires the GA to take place in the first 3 months of year, so if you would really made it, you wouldn't be "damned". You violated bylaws also by not making GA in the time specified. --KuboF Hromoslav (talk) 12:04, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
