Do you know a tool, workflow, or topic that you think we should highlight in an episode? Let us know here on the talk page! Abbe98 (talk) 16:03, 7 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Glaciers and callbacks[edit]

In the first episode I watched, you were creating maintenance queries for glaciers. The episode ended with you having to fix a bug in the query. Although I haven't seen all episodes since, I don't think you ever revisited that? In general, I think callbacks are fun, where we can see how something changed over time (hopefully for the better). --Azertus (talk) 13:31, 29 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Noted! I actually started tracking the results of maintenance queries over time a while back so that one can see how the quality changes over time which is something one my "to-show"-list. --Abbe98 (talk) 15:36, 17 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speed creating[edit]

I have got in the habit of when reading a news article (in my social feed) that I look up the journalist (as it gives hint to their bias and previous work)

Of course, I don't just do it for me, I create a wikidata record, so have got quite quick at it, perhaps for fun you could see how quick you could make a decent record for someone (so as not to junk up wikidata).

The tools I have found useful are "wikidata for firefox", "muckrack" (a journalist db) and knowledge graph search Back ache (talk) 12:32, 18 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for sharing! Have you tried Cradle? Now there is not a template specifically for journalists (yet), but perhaps Human basic+ is a quick start? Ainali talkcontributions 20:44, 18 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
