Dear @Angayubagia, thank you for giving us the input. We are still in progress to acquire the manuscript images from the fields. The process seems to be slow in the field as we need to put more efforts to convince the manuscripts owners to fully open their collection. Nice thought, I think we are voluntary here for overhead pre-project or basically you can create/ask for it first at financial report, which is almost a year also not reported. But it is not actually. Ok then. So it is must be "on site" just to convincing the owner? My question is same, if no manuscripts owner which agreed with the project, should we continuing the process? - The model of this project is slightly different than the voluntary initiative-based project from the community. WILMA is an initiative from the Wikimedia Foundation and invited the PPIM of UIN Jakarta to carry the project out. The manuscript owner then reached out during the execution of the project. There is no demand from the WMF to report detailed financial reports for each spending during the project, except at the end. Ilham.nurwansah (talk) 04:30, 23 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
