Usernames with spaces

There seems to be a problem[1] with user names that contain spaces (they get converted to "+" in the link to the user talk page, one needs to replace spaces with underlines when signing up).

DBname

I often have to convert DB names to domains. It would be useful if this template did that. I'll probably implement the feature at some point, using mw.site.interwikiMap. --Nemo 23:13, 1 March 2015 (UTC)
