  • Make sure all signup pages are open to accept applications (uncomment application section and change header onwiki, and change status on the library card platform to 'available') Done

One of the most important steps is to update en:WP:TWL/Journals and The_Wikipedia_Library/Journals to include all of the newest partnerships. Similarly, the navigational templates en:WP:TWL/Header, and en:Template:TWLJ on both English and Meta should be updated to reflect the changing status of those new partnerships.

Mass Message on Meta[edit]
