How to manage[edit]
- To create a new request, visit Translations and follow the instruction.
- If you find the published version changed (e.g. on the WMF website), then please consider to match the source file to the published version.
- If you are a meta admin, you may use special:import for this purpose.
- If not, you may copy it from the place they are published.
- Or you may ask meta admins a help importing the file you need.
- Source files could be modified even after translation began. If you find it, then put a note "status" file with the date of modification. The permalink to the current source file will be convenient.
- Other important notes could be put on the top of "status" file, then all translators can share the news.
- For editors of source files, you could put a note on the top of "source", then they might be aware of it.
- For important and/or urgent requests, you may put them into Category:Translations in priority.
