My background in Information Management equips me with the skills necessary to navigate and manage ethical issues surrounding online conduct.

I am passionate about promoting transparency and accountability in content moderation processes, ensuring that decisions are made fairly and in accordance with established guidelines. Additionally, I am dedicated to advocating for the rights of marginalized groups and promoting diversity and inclusion within online spaces. If elected, I will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement effective policies that prioritize user safety and well-being while upholding principles of free expression. I am committed to fostering open dialogue and constructive engagement to address the diverse needs of our global community. Together, we can create a safer, more respectful online environment for all users.

I have attended several classes organized by a Professor from Sydney University, who is also a Wikipedia Administrator and she work closely with the foundation. We had also carried out wiki classes with local IT firms, monks and nunnery to educate them how to create Wikipedia content, upload and manage. Most importantly, we educate them to respect other's contributions and follow the code of conducts of Wikipedia Foundation.

One approach involves was organizing workshops and training sessions to educate community members about policy, techniques and skills. These sessions provide participants with the tools and confidence needed to express their opinions and advocate for their interests effectively to manage and upholds the user rights. Sydney university have also provided laptops and desktops to some institutions in Bhutan thereby, I have been able to participate with the team.
Sometimes in professional situations, there are personality conflicts. Explain how you remain productive even with personality conflicts.
