Introductory statement / Application summary (maximum 500 words): Tell us who you are, why you are applying, and your relevant experience. | I am extremely excited to re-submit my candidacy for the special election set by the Coordinating Committee. My desire to join the committee is rooted in the recognition that individuals from underrepresented groups often faced unique challenges in digital realm. My personal and professional journey underscores the urgency of crafting guidelines that prioritize inclusivity and offer special considerations to those who have historically been marginalized. I am currently an administrator in Hausa Wikipedia and among the co-founder of Nupe Wikimedians User Group (Submitted to Affcom for recognition). I hold various rights such as Event Organizer. I was part of the movement strategy implementation team which I serve as supporting officer for Hausa Wikimedians User Group. I believe my expertise together with skills make me the right candidate to go for the second special election as evidenced in my previous votes gotten. |

- The fact that representation is needed in all regions, SSA have no representatives there for the need to re-run and be represented in the UCOC for betterment and total inclusivity. 787IYO (talk) 09:31, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
