Yes, we (the Wikimedia Foundation) are actively working on it. We invest a significant amount of time and effort to end the government ban. As you can imagine, we will not compromise our principles, so it takes time and repeated explanations of how Wikipedia works (which is strange and new to the government) to move closer toward a possible unbanning. As Basak says, at this point, we ask for your trust and further patience; we are working on it, we haven't forgotten the serious impact of denying 80 million people access to free knowledge, and we will keep on fighting for free knowledge in Turkey.
