Greetings, my name is Billytanghh and I am creating this RFC to propose a global ban for Assifbus (talk • contribs • block • xwiki-contribs • xwiki-date (alt) • CA • ST • lwcheckuser). A chronic cross-wiki abuser.

Opening statement[edit]

Assifbus is currently indefinitely blocked on three projects, yet he continues to perform detrimental activities to Wikimedia projects. I hereby request that this user is globally banned. I will go over details as to why I think this measure is necessary.

Early activities[edit]

This user is indefinitely blocked from the Chinese Wikipedia on not there for contributing encyclopedia and disruptive behaviors, as they used to spread conspiracies in Chinese Wikipedia towards Taiwanese and Hong Kong Wikimedians on the foundation ban on September 13, 2021 towards the core members of the Wikimedians in Mainland China user group (WMC) as well as Mainland Chinese Wikimedians.

Current cross-wiki abuse[edit]

Since it’s blocking in Chinese Wikipedia, Assifbus continued to edit Chinese Wikinews, English Wikipedia. Chinese Wikisource as well as Meta here, continuing spreading the conspiracy which the WMC was suppressed by Taiwanese and Hong Kong Wikimedians.

  1. The user demonstrates an ongoing pattern of cross-wiki abuse that is not merely vandalism or spam.

  • Oppose Oppose This case might be handled with global lock, not global ban, I don't see any dangerous behavior (e.g. abusing multiple accounts, using sockpuppet to dodge the block) from the editor.
