Report on my efforts for Urdu Wikipedia at WCI 2016[edit]

I discussed the following issues during the Wiki Conference 2016:

  1. Seeking help in resolving a long pending Phabricator issue. A patch for this created and is likely to be deployed in the next couple of days.
  2. Raising the issue of a possible SAARC conference.
  3. Discussing the visa problems which prevented the attendance of some of the Urdu wikipedians.
  4. Meeting other Urdu Wikipedians and Urdu Wikipedia enthusiasts.
  5. Discussion on community issues and editathons with the admins of other language Wikipedias.
