Merge Notices and Alerts into 'Notifications'
- Problem: It's not clear what an alert is and what a notice is. The current system also assumes what is important for a user. That's not right WMF! You don't tell us what to do!
- Proposed solution: Merge Notices and Alerts into a unified Notifications section. Give users the option to toggle 'on' or 'off' for whichever type of notification is important to them.
- Who would benefit: Everyone.
