As far as I'm concerned, I would simply say that the Foundation is making the announcement on September 20th. In particular for people who are sending to local media in the same time zone as themselves, 20 September can start whenever 20 September starts in that time zone. If people in, say, Japan or India have already started sending the press release out, that's great. For the Europeans, midnight UTC is generally fine. --Michael Snow 20:23, 19 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Please try to control your obsessive misuse of punctuation and restore the vandalism to the Golden Nica page. Such behavior will not be tolerated as it is a clear violation of all the norms of our society. It may start with commas, but at this rate it will snowball into ellipses, semicolons, and (gasp) periods! Your egregious behavior has been duly noted. Don't force me to over-react. Very clever, exposing the cabal under an "anonymous" IP. However, a trained eye would notice that the first two numbers of the IP, 140 + 247 = 387, which, in gematria, is the equivalent of your first name and middle initial.
