Are some of them required to look this frumpy in official photos?

When do YOU think the Supreme Court of the United States will announce their ruling on marriage equality (regardless of the outcome)?

The "rules" (such as they are)

1. Have fun with it.
2. The person closest to the actual date (before or after if not on the actual date) wins.
   • If there is a "tie" based on number of days - it will go from time of announcement (according to SCOTUS website) - Noon UTC will be used as the "time" for any given day picked by a participant.
3. Prize will be figured out before Wikimania and presumably given to the winner then.
