<ProjectName> is an user-friendly search engine returning to you the best Wikipedia articles to translate, according to your selected key criteria. Such tool and right-fit list of article would ease the work for editathons workshop organizers and training facilitator, it was therefor requested by both the Les Sans Pages (en:Women in Red) and librarian (#1lib1ref) organizers. Key criteria includes article's category (=topic), size, number of references, and others. The end result will sort in several tables the most relevant items depending of their calculated relevancy score for few typical use cases such as translations, #1lib1ref and improvement editathons.

Key input fields[edit]

Target article assessment

  • Root category
  • Article size (including missing-empty articles to create)
  • Number of sources (if possible themselves evaluated by quality)
  • Number of sections (outside of See also, References ?)
  • Number of red links[unclear] (in the article or toward that article to create?)

App design[edit]

This application can be built in several development cycles. The first cycle aiming to produce a mature demonstrator, serving the requested use. The second cycle, if the involved parties request it, could either push for user data persistence or for better interaction with Programs & Events Dashboard.
