Request reason: I request unblock of this IP or username because there were four Donald Trump-related vandalism incidents by this IP range on October 28th, but otherwise, it has a spotless record on English Wikipedia, which includes several proper contributions. I do not need permission for any other wiki beyond English Wikipedia, so the "global lock", which is only for a few days, can remain outside of English Wikipedia (which is six months! for an IP range for four small edits). I would create an account, but account creation is blocked.

The block message I get read as follows:

Decline reason: The range is globally blocked for cross-wiki abuse. We can't exclude one wiki from the block. If the IP-range had a spotless record on Wikipedia in English it wouldn't be locally blocked as well. You are welcome back when the blocks has expired. -- Tegel (Talk) 22:18, 5 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
