your comment on my talkpage(^v^)/

Dear A09090091, thanks for your notice. Below your comment on my talkpage1, there's a comment. It says, a group of several people can delete(remove) a target user by this way you pointed out. My knowledge is poor. May I ask you why you spotted "Wikimedians of Japan"? Do you know what these 2 3 mean? All edits are in Japanese language. But what is the advantage to be 4 ?

I've been wondering a thing for weeks. Your notice seems to be a gate for my question. --YShibata (WMF) (talk) 11:04, 11 March 2022 (UTC)

@YShibata (WMF): Thanks for your response. I spotted this username in user creation log on Slovene (home) wiki. However, our username policy forbids shared usernames (that aren't WMF related). I checked the account and it wasn't connected to Japanese Wikimedia Group. Hence I asked you, if the account is known to you (as you are a part of Japanese Wikimedia Group).
As an answer to your question: First two links were added by usage of User2 template; which shows user contributions and pings the user at the same time. The second link (nr. 3) shows the status of global account. Hope I answered your question.
Best regards, A09090091 (talk) 13:00, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
@A09090091, thanks again for your response here and my talkpage. It would be great if you would remove our conversation from your talkpage. I keep your recommendation on my talkpage of course. I wonder what the intention of the username is. Have a nice day, too! YShibata (WMF) (talk) 14:10, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
may I ask, did the user use Slovene wiki? YShibata (WMF) (talk) 14:19, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
No, the user just created an account. I don't know the intention of username, but it's username may impersonate a group or shared use. A09090091 (talk) 19:01, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
