Request reason: I request unblock of this IP or username because I use a VPN service and I suspect that this IP address has been flagged because of the violations of others on the same block of IP addresses. I was told by the Wikimedia Stewards to get in touch with you and see if I could get added to the 'ipblock-exempt' group. If you look at my Contributions, you will see that I have a long history of helpful, uncontroversial edits to Wikipedia.

The block message I get read as follows:

"'Your IP address is in a range which has been blocked on all wikis."' The block was made by -revi(meta.wikimedia.org). The reason given is "m:NOPlOpen proxy: Leaky webhost: Contact stewards if you're affected ". * Start of block: 15:10, 10 June 2018 * Expiration of block: 15:10, 10 June 2021 You can contact -revi to discuss the block. You cannot use the "Email this user" feature unless a valid email address is specified in your Special:PreferencesIaccount preferences and you have not been blocked from using it. Your current IP address is 159.65.251.112, and the blocked range is 159.65.0.0/16. Please include all above details
