Pages about the virus?[edit]

Hi Diego, thanks for this very nice overview! What I am missing, though, are pages related to the virus itself, which could come in via things like has cause (P828) / has effect (P1542). Apart from that, I was wondering whether you know of a straightforward way to clone/ fork/ download / rerun PAWS notebooks. -- Daniel Mietchen (talk) 01:33, 21 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Daniel Mietchen: I have updated the methodology to make it more comprehensive. Please check the new version. To download/fork the notebook you can add ?format=raw do the link (or click here), and save that file with extension .ipynb. Diego (WMF) (talk) 05:57, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, that's helpful! -- Daniel Mietchen (talk) 03:37, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Daniel Mietchen: I've created a website covid-data.wmflabs.org, where you can pull data updated every hour. You can download all the results in json.
@Diego (WMF): Thanks — that's useful. Another thing that crossed my mind while going through your workflows again is that they could be spiced up a bit but complementing the item-centric perspective with a property-centric one, e.g. as per these example queries that highlight the kind of data relevant for the items in scope. -- Daniel Mietchen (talk) 23:07, 8 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
