Request reason: I have not been globally blocked, but I can't find where to appeal an attempt to create a global block that is "in progress", so I am creating this here. (This is the global block request.) I attempted to change pages for Kwame Ture to reflect the fact that he changed his name from his former name of Stokely Carmichael. Here the user Fixertool claimed that these changes were "vandalism" & "damage", when in fact they were good faith edits. Now it's being called "cross-wiki abuse". I don't think changing an article to reflect someone's chosen name vandalism or abuse. Fixertool has also been reverting other edits.

The block message I get read as follows:

Decline reason: Account locked. Procedural close. --Minoraxtalk 23:47, 26 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
