Add topicMerci pour votre travail sur Web2Cit ! ;)
[edit]Bonjour,
- Thank you both @Escargot rouge and @Jurbop for contributing Web2Cit configurations! Together you more than doubled the number of domains configured in Web2Cit in just a few days, and you are already among the top contributors!
- I would love to know what you think about Web2Cit so far. Feel free to reach me via email or on my talk page, or we can also arrange for a call if you prefer. Maybe you can be Web2Cit ambassadors for the French Wikipedia :)
- By the way, if you feel comfortable with either English or Spanish, you can join our presentation at the WikiConference North America tomorrow Saturday at 18:45 UTC: https://wikiconference.org/wiki/2022/Main_Page. I understand registrations have closed, but if you want to participate I can try and see if I can have the organizers let you in anyways.
- Cheers! Diegodlh (talk) 19:13, 11 November 2022 (UTC)
[edit]Bonjour @Escargot rouge,

- Mille mercis

- Thank you both! Sorry for English. Please, consider updating the domain's configuration to include a test whose expected output reflects what has been discussed here. That is, a test whose expected output for author includes "avec Afp". This way it will be easier to detect if results change, such as if templates are changed, or if the webpage changes. Thanks! Diegodlh (talk) 14:26, 22 November 2022 (UTC)
- By the way, because Web2Cit configuration affects editors from all language Wikipedias (see phab:T305574 for a proposed alternative), we may want to avoid including words in any language, such as "with" or "avec", if possible. What do you think? Diegodlh (talk) 14:34, 22 November 2022 (UTC)

Web2Cit improvements
[edit]Hi, @Escargot rouge!
I'm writing to you because you are listed as one of the top contributors to Web2Cit collaborative configurations. Thank you for your support!
I'm considering applying for a Rapid Fund grant to support working on some long-pending tasks to improve user experience, fix annoying bugs and encourage developer participation.
I'm still deciding on the list of tasks I will include in the proposal. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it if you could leave your feedback here.
Thank you! Diegodlh (talk) 16:11, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
