Regarding your CN-questions.[edit]
Ehm, does the city in which it is located make *any* difference on whether the conference is carbon neutral? I think that kind of questions only arises when the city is chosen... OTRS/volunteering.[edit]
Hi there! I just wanted to see if you'd like to collaborate a bit on the OTRS/volunteering page. I recently tried to tweak the intro to convey a more welcoming tone, and I noticed that you overhauled the page a bit back in March. I agree with the fellow above, by the way, great work! I'm wondering if you might reconsider toning down the page, as seen here. It seems that a more welcoming, open, and personalised tone will not only attract more potential volunteers, but will also help quash the notion that OTRS is a super-secret project dealing with major controversies left and right (this notion is sometimes perpetuated on the English Wikipedia, from my own experiences there).
