Request reason: hello, I'm not here to vandalize or edit in bad faith, I just want to tell the administrators of Wikipedia in Spanish to please unblock me that I promise to collaborate, I had whitewashed a table out of anger, but now I won't do that again, I want to collaborate, but I tell the Wikipedia admins here at Wikimedia since I can't edit my own Wikipedia talk page, but apparently Ruy, who is a Wikipedia admin ignores me, he blocked me after I added a banned user template on a Wikipedia user, and the ban will not expire, i want to collaborate on Wikipedia, but the administrators of spanish Wikipedia won't let me so I'm trying tell them through this means

Umm, here "telling" people something in the means used can be problematic. Be reflective, ask, listen and learn, and please use your manners. @Daniuu: infinite ban seems excessive and against the policy in place, especially without communication with the user. AGF. @Billinghurst: Thanks for raising this matter. I have reviewed my actions in this case and would like to apologize for the lack of communication (and going too far with the indef block). I have now unblocked the user (they were originally blocked about 1 week ago and that was long enough). @Lenis Felipe: please accept my apologies for the rather excessive action from my side. I would however like to ask you to follow the appropriate procedures for the Spanish Wikipedia to request unblock, and not use other wikis to request to be unblocked (like meta or the English Wikipedia).
