The National Library of the Czech Republic

I asked to access the collection. The WL page states "only by Wikipedians from the Czech Republic", but the Czech page states "podmínky doložení usazenosti občanů států EU, Švýcarska, Norska, Islandu, Lichtenštejnska" (I live in Italy). They gave me a code, but I can't access it. When I click on the resource on WL I get "Not found Sorry; we can't find that".
