Tagging user pages for deletion[edit]

Hi, I have a question for you. I tried to tag a Meta user page for deletion, but was blocked by the abuse filter, while you were able to tag it. Is there a specific number of edits or user right required to edit others' user pages? Kk.urban (talk) 03:14, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't heard about any edit count borderline for such edit filters. On the other hand, I have autopatrol permissions at local (Meta-Wiki) and global rollback permissions at global level, these will lead to some kind of immunity against edit filters. In general, many Wikimedia projects have edit filters about user page edits. If you wanted to tag userpages for deletion but failed, then you can report such cases to admins, at Meta-Wiki this can be done at WM:RFH, I hope this can help you.
