Request reason: have been contributing to wikipedia in the past 11 years, but steward User:Jon_Kolbert blocked me from editing without any mistake that happened from my side. The said IP Address (64.227.190.243 and 64.227.128.0/18) and I am not connected with these IP anyway. I never used this IP for editing so far. I always do log in and editing as a registered user. I have not done anything harmful. The block was made by User:Jon_Kolbert
