This account is not blocked itself (account blocks would show at Special:CentralAuth/PrinceStingySpoilero), so if you are blocked it is by an IP-level block, and one where logged-in editors have been specifically excluded, and for that you are going to need reproduce the block message and identify at which wiki the problem is occurring. — billinghurst sDrewth 22:05, 5 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
