Merci beaucoup pour ta traduction de Election candidates 2006/ArnoLagrange/statement/Nl / Vielen Dank / Dankegon / Thank you very much / Dank U wel Arno Lagrange  20:41, 17 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

I've added a chart Image:WorldLanguages.png: please translate the comment and I'll provide a dutch version of the chart after (as by de ru fr ... ) Arno Lagrange  08:01, 19 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
Ho ! please check Election_candidates_2006/Nl#Arno_Lagrange a sentence is not yet translated. Thanks AL  04:14, 20 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Translation team fr

[edit]

Hi. I created a subpage for the French translation team as part of the translation coordination effort. If you consider yourself as a (willing?) active translator (eng-> fra or fra->eng), please add your name on the members' list. Soon, I'll add a selection of pending translation tasks. Thank you!

Bonjour. Je viens de créer une sous page French translation team, dans le but d'améliorer la coordination du processus de traduction. Si vous vous considérez comme un traducteur actif (ou potentiellement actif à court terme), n'hésitez pas à vous ajouter à la liste des membres de l'équipe. J'ajouterai très bientôt une liste de tâche à faire dans le domaine de la traduction fra->eng ou eng->fra. jd  20:46, 22 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your edit on endorsement page

[edit]

Please do not remove the comment I put in that way. The candidate in question was already listed in the inproper way twice, and I decide we need it as Election Committee Chair. I'm going to revert your revision. --Aphaia 10:00, 18 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re: French spelling

[edit]

Ah! Quite right, thank you! I got overzealous with my accents (I was thinking past participle, roughly, "freed", as an adjective). I'll make appropriate changes now. Jouster 22:25, 20 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Translation needed

[edit]

Hi Stevenfruitsmaak, we are in a bit of a time crunch to get the Dutch translations for the fundraising materials. As you may know, we launch next Monday the 15th – and really don't want to have English pages on Dutch projects.

Could you help us translate the Jimmy Appeal, FAQ, Core Messages and Benefactors page? Here is the translation hub on meta. Please help recruit other translators so we can complete them this week!

Thanks so much, please contact me for anything you may need. --Deniz (WMF) 18:57, 8 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello Stevenfruitsmaak,

We’re excited to invite you to an inspiring global virtual gathering: the first Capacity Exchange Translat-a-thon.

Together with Language Diversity Hub, the Capacity Exchange (CapX) team will host its first Translation Marathon dedicated to ensuring linguistic equity in access to this amazing tool aimed to connect Wikimedians.
If you enjoy contributing to Wikimedia projects through translating and adapting content into different languages, this event is for you! Join us in the celebration of the multilingual spirit of the Wikimedia Movement at an event where communities that contribute in diverse languages will be able to share local knowledge and collaborate across borders.
Many Tongues, One Movement: Voices Across Languages

  • Date: December 6, 2025
  • Time: 12 PM (UTC) - Check the event page for your local timezone
  • Location: Online (Meta-Wiki + live session links)

If you can’t join the live event, you can still contribute to the translations! Edits will be counted for two weeks, until December 20th. And everyone who participates will receive a special badge to display on their CapX profiles.
