Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
The project was quite successful as far as the requested scholarship grant is considered. As mentioned in the grant application, active members of Karavali Wikimedians User Group (KWUG) were given headsets to participate in the online meetings of Wikimania 2021. Some were provided with webcams also. After the Wikimania 2021 is concluded, the participants from KWUG who attended the online sessions of Wikimania 2021, had an in-person event to share the learnings of attending Wikimania 2021 virtually.

Learning[edit]
Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
- Distributing headsets and webcams achieved as mentioned in the grant application. These KWUG members participated in the online sessions of Wikimania 2021. They shared their experiences and knowledge gained in the post-Wikimania meetup.
- What did not work so well?
- Many felt moving around floors and tables in Remo platform was not easily understood. Some participants said even though they were sitting in some tables, there were not any interactions and socialising.
- What would you do differently next time?
- A tutorial session on participation in online session, especially, on the platform used (Remo in this case) might help. May be a mock session would help. Such a session was actually held, but many missed it.
